Burger 13 Barnala — Restaurant in Punjab

Today I visited the Burger 13 . First impression unprofessional, there staff was eating at the counter and where they prepare food . And they were arguing with each other on the issue of orders . , while customers were suggesting them how to handle the situation and the person on counter was very defensive . Management needs real change if they want to be successful. May be it is work trend in a small city such as Barnala , they argued continuously for entire time while I was in Resturant . ANNOYING , STUPID , UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE . Secondly their pizza was just cheese on flour —- no culinary art in making tase— you don’t feel you are eating pizza. YOU FEEL LIKE ATTA WITH CHEESE—Thirdly , it is not a clean place as its location . I am writing review in this Resturant, and flies are bothering me . It will be hard for me to recommend this place . My expectations are...

We went many times to B13 food court barnala ..and always they impressed by their service and food..this time when i went with my husband ,we were totally amazed by the interior and ambience..they have placed beautiful sitting with yellow lights..here are some amazing staff members to whom we can't ignore because after all they are the faces of the company..ITZ Harpreet Chouhan and his team..and Sukh Sangheras..Thanks team.. Highly...

Cold drink was hot, burger was cold and hard. Fries were weren't fried well.

Receptionist charged more than the bill because he had no change. My bill was 271 (incl. GST) and he charged 280. Last time also, the receptionist charged more than the bill.

Service is not good at all. Not going to visit BURGER 13 ever.

Quality is worse than that...
