Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

I'm writing this review after visiting this Burger King location between 25 and 30 times, and the service consistently falls short.

The drive-thru is incredibly slow, and the staff are inattentive. On multiple occasions, they've forgotten to take my money, leading to me having to remind them to charge me. It feels like they're almost giving away free food due to their lack of focus.

Orders are frequently delayed. Once, I waited 30 minutes for a milkshake only to be told my payment had declined. There was no communication about the declined payment or the delay. This lack of attention and poor communication is a recurring issue.
