Dear Burger King Team,
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with one of your outlets.
On 27 July'25 around 12 AM, I ordered a Paneer Wrap from your Eagle Motel, Rajpura, Punjab branch. However, to my shock and dismay, I was served a Chicken Wrap that was wrongly packed in Paneer Wrap packaging. As a pure vegetarian, this incident is extremely distressing to me, both on emotional and religious grounds.
Serving non-vegetarian food to someone who has specifically ordered vegetarian—and labeling it incorrectly—is not just a breach of trust, but also a serious lapse in food safety and ethics. This kind of negligence could have serious consequences, including allergic reactions or severe emotional distress, and must not be taken lightly.
I request the following:
A formal apology for this grave mistake.
A thorough investigation into how such an error occurred.
Assurance that corrective measures will be implemented to avoid such incidents in the future.
Appropriate compensation for the distress caused.
I hope Burger King values its customers' trust and dietary preferences, and will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

Read moreI recently went to Burger King and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered the veg burger meal, which was supposed to come with fries and a Coke, but they didn't have either! The guy at the counter seemed clueless and asked me to choose from other drinks, but most of them weren't even available.
I ended up choosing cold coffee, which was a big mistake - it tasted like milk with a coffee pouch mixed in! The burger was also subpar, with poorly cut onions. I also got a veg pizza puff, which was just okay.
What really annoyed me was that I was dining in, but they packed my order like it was takeaway! And to top it all off, my bill came out to be Rs. 207 for three items that would normally cost Rs. 157+ taxes.
Overall, my experience at Burger King was a letdown. They need to work on their inventory, train their staff, and improve their food quality. Until then, I wouldn't...
Read moreI wanted to order coke float with my burger combo but as soon as I was placing order on the screen, the cashier came behind me told that its not available. Firstly its clearly available as I point out the ice cream and coke drink in another person's hand, so there's that. Then I switched to cappuccino and the barista making it didn't even bother to clean the portafilter, I had to ask him to clean it and then he gave me a side look as if I had asked him for a donation. Come on you guys, how hard is it clean the filter, it literally takes two seconds and finally when he did make the coffee, well you can see the result yourself, how dirty the cup and the presentation is. Just because this location is in a prime spot doesn't mean you should lack in basic quality...
