Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

I today ordered food from burger king on zomato and it was saying it should take 35-30 mins to make the food and after sometime like 20 mins they said that the ordered got cancelled and I speak to the zomato and they said that your money will refunded in 3 to 4 days and after that I called burger king and it was the manager speaking of burger king and his name is Vicky and I am a man and first I didn't even speak and he said yes mam twice and I said I am not a women and he said it again and I got angry so I just tell him that I am a man in hard voice and I started taking about order and he is giving me reply in attitude and I said why are you rude to a customer and was not stoping so I said what's your name and he refused to tell but after 2 to 3 trys he said I am a manager of burger king and my name is Vicky and he should be fired from burger king for giving respect to customer that...

I have to say this burger king is the best, quick service and has nice seating and is spacious and clean too. Staff is polite and professional, this one opened up a few months ago on pathankot bypass , another Plus point you don't have to worry about parking or getting into crowded place like model Town or gurunank mission chowk. It has open space so easily can get to the restaurant and also has a drive through if you don't want to dine in.. This also has a bk cafe which is quite good to, you can have awesome coffee if you don't want burger, 🍟 and all.. Very Disappointed with the Service I ordered two meals from Burger King – the Veg Makhni Burger Meal and the Paneer Wrap Meal. I had added peri peri fries (paid extra for them) and selected Coke as the drink. However, the order I received was incomplete and not as per my selection. • I received only Fanta instead of Coke. • The peri peri fries were completely missing, even though I was charged for them.
