There are variety of beverages to like from that is not accessible everywhere when you go to other restaurants.Food is really good and kinda healthy(feels fresh). Service is also appreciable, staff is friendly. Generally, the staff are friendly and efficient, especially during off-peak hours when they can take more time to ensure your order is accurate and your experience is positive. They usually handle customer requests and special orders with ease, and it's common to be greeted with a smile.

Most staff members are professional and courteous, there are times when you might encounter someone who seems less engaged or in a hurry.

There was an exceptionally long que to order and an even longer wait to pick up the order. The staff keeps insisting on meals or combos, even after refusing multiple times. The staff did not even know whether they had certain menu items in stock or not, they took my order and after waiting for 20 minutes when I enquired again they informed me that tea was not available. And then insisted on giving me coffee even after I refused multiple times. I was not the only one complaining about the wait time. All the customers there had been waiting for long to receive their orders. In fact they had completely forgotten about some orders until those customers came and asked about their respective orders. Also, the washrooms and the dining areas were extremely dirty. They had noone to clean the washrooms even after requesting multiple times. I cleaned it myself...

Worst burger king i have ordered from. Whenever i order from zomato they always make it a blunder no matter how simple the menu is they still don’t match the quality standards of other outlets. I have ordered cheesy fries for quite a few times. Most of the time they don’t put cheese but instead put fiery dip in fries and call it cheesy fries. Only very few times they used cheese. Secondly, whenever i order they never follow instructions and the standards keep on falling everytime i order. Today i ordered 2 cheesy fries they put fiery dip again. On 19th June i order veg whopper with cheese slice which i paid extra for. I received my burger without cheese can u believe that? That is how irresponsible and disrespectful the workers and whole management is in here. Would have given zero stars if that was possible. I...
