Today, I went to the outlet to order three Choco Dip Cones. When I requested this from the staff at the counter, I was told to place the order via the self-service screen. I complied and placed the order for three Choco Dip Cones, took the receipt, and returned it to the staff member.
However, after receiving the slip, the staff informed me that they could not fulfill the order because they were out of the choco dip material. they tried and gave me one leaking and broken Choco dip. after this incident.they offered me cup ice cream as a substitute.
This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing .
The staff should have informed me upfront that Choco Dip was unavailable before asking me to place the order.
After taking my money, they refused to issue a refund and provided me with a substitute I did not want.
The handling of the situation was careless and unprofessional.
