Burger King — Restaurant in Punjab

Today, I went to the outlet to order three Choco Dip Cones. When I requested this from the staff at the counter, I was told to place the order via the self-service screen. I complied and placed the order for three Choco Dip Cones, took the receipt, and returned it to the staff member.

However, after receiving the slip, the staff informed me that they could not fulfill the order because they were out of the choco dip material. they tried and gave me one leaking and broken Choco dip. after this incident.they offered me cup ice cream as a substitute.

This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing .

The staff should have informed me upfront that Choco Dip was unavailable before asking me to place the order.

After taking my money, they refused to issue a refund and provided me with a substitute I did not want.

The handling of the situation was careless and unprofessional.

This is not the level of service one expects from a global brand like Burger King. The experience felt more like dealing with a non-branded or poorly managed local outlet. it seems that this is not the original Burger...

When I have a burger for burger King in Delhi. It was awesome and I generally like burger King when I saw that In Bollywood gully burger King was opened then I didn't wait a sec I just bought it but at the drive-thru, the employer who take the order is not good at their work and the order that we gave was not match and when we move our car to collect the order then he told us that sir you gave this order by showing the bill and then we move out from the drive-thru and again enter into the drive-thru then we saw that the employer who was taken our order is moved to other place and the new person comes up there then we have to accept that order and back to home and have it and the taste of the burger that we have it was not matched with the quality of burger King that located in Delhi. I’m a regular customer at Burger King and usually have a good experience, but my recent visit was very disappointing. When I asked for regular water, I was told the machine was not working and was asked to buy bottled water instead. This gives a very bad impression and makes it seem like they are more focused on selling water bottles than providing basic customer service.
