Today evening I have ordered 2 veg burgers and 1 medium 🍟 fries..firstly by mistake staff had given small size french fries then I told that this is not medium size fries size then they change the fries size pocket from small to medium. When they given me medium fries then it was full from top to bottom and when I had eaten 1 piece of fries then it was not fresh and were not crispy as they were not freshly fried.. after when I asked them kindly give me fresh fries then after they fried fresh fries and when they given me fries..the pocket in which the fries was half empty or u can say half full.. I again told them regarding the quantity but the staff ignored.
If you will give this type of experience then local customers will not come at your Outlet especially to taste your food..

It was a pathetic experience at this bathinda location on 27th Sept. I walked in the store at 5:05 pm and order placed and got the invoice by 5:10 PM and then I had to wait and ask for assistance when I did not got my order processed by 5:25 PM. And that too the guy who took my order was in kitchen and some other person was standing at the billing counter and he was completely lost and I felt like he was high because he was just not present mentally in the store.
I am a regular visitor at bathinda and I am sure I will not visit this outlet of BK ever.
Pathetic customer service, and lastly I forgot to mention that I was the only customer present at the time and no other order or customer was there for placing new order.

Me and my Brother had a horrible experience recently. We went there around 10pm and because they were open until much later.. we thought we had a shot at quick and decent service but to our surprise we found out that they were already packed up for the day and they got so mad after seeing us.. they could have simply refused the service but they literally were so rude and were mad when customers were entering as they didn’t want to work.
