Worst experience please don’t go there .the stuff is so rude there and they don’t know ho to talk with the customer. One girl was sitting in the counter she was so loud, and the noodles that we ordered was cold , dry and tasteless when I told that girl that ki aap woh pack krdo woh itni batamezi mujhe boli khud leke aao and I also complained about that the food was not good but they didn’t listen me they were ignoring. And then unhone khana pack kia. Or Hume bta b nhi rhe ki pack krdia bs woh bethe rahe and the girl was giving unnecessary looks. This is not the way to treat the customers ab pata chala sara cafe khali kyu tha kyunki jo ek baar galti se ajata hai dubara Kbhi nhi aata. Noodles ke alwa baaki khana bhi or drinks bhi bekar thi . Please don’t waste your money and I suggest everyone to please not...

Please don't go there..NEVER.. Today I visited there and ordered one grilled sandwich that costs 110 and 2 banana shakes that costs 90 per glass as per mentioned in their menu. The total cost of my order 290 but they charged 370. When I checked my bill the banana shake cost was 130 each. They charged Rs. 80 extra from me. they not charges as per mentioned price. I ordered both foods on same time. On bill the time gap between both food'bill is 20 minutes.HOW????..Even food was cold and very bad..This is the worst place to visit in Phagwara...iss ton chngaa kite baahr khde ho k khaalo...PLEASE NEVER GO THERE..WORST EXPERIENCE. I am attaching the food bill for your concern. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE...

Cafe is place to get mind relaxed n to experience good food . I had a worst experience with chaiapps phagwara ,Punjab . Worst staff i have ever seen in phagwara city. Illiterate guys don't know how to behave specially Mr. Prabh working for phagwara franchise. Ridiculous man used abusive language getting frusrated from work . Chaiapps should teach him some etiquettes how to deal with customers . Really wanted to approach to the higher level authorities to discuss this thing being a girl got abusive words from an employee is not at all acceptable without any fault of mine. I really want to take some serious action...
