For the last 6 years I visit Chandigarh sweets sometimes when other options not available. First, don't visit Chandigarh sweets if you want to buy snacks or sweets. Samosa, chole butter or other items I suggest to prefer Labu Sweets in same location and better variety and taste. In Chandgarh sweets when you give any order during sitting there to an employee and ask if something like a glass of water or pickle anything, they said that other employees handle it and only they serve you and never that items reached you in time, just ignore it. During rush, please don't go there very bad management. Its hell during rush hours. If you are a cake lover don't visit Chandigarh sweets, not a good in a taste. The rate may be less, but Kindly visit Jack baker landran road near shivalik gate opposite Vishal Megamart. What a fabulous taste. Rate little high then Chandigarh sweets but taste too good. Very dis-advantage is the new young shop owners. No experience doesn't know how to handle customers. Their employee busy in a call sometime and doesn't handle customers properly during un-experienced young owners in charge of the shops. Very disappointed about Chandigarh sweets and really a waste of money if buy anything from there. THERE FAME AND NAME NOW NO MORE. OWNER MUST SEE IT. Overall they not respond on reviews it show they dont care about it. Kindly visit other big shops, Royal sweets shop santemajra, labhu sweet anaj mandi road kharar and...

However, over the years, both the quality and hygiene have gone down 📉. Many customers now complain about inconsistency in taste and cleanliness 😕. With time, new sweet shops have opened in the area, offering better quality at lower prices 💰✨. This has slowly reduced the footfall at Chandigarh Sweets.
Now, there are two shops with the same name on Landran Road one is the original old shop, and the other is Agarwal Chandigarh Sweets, near the light point opposite the Co-operative Bank 🏦🍭. The name still holds some reputation, but many loyal customers have shifted to better alternatives.
While Chandigarh Sweets remains a nostalgic spot for locals, it seriously needs to upgrade its standards to win back customers 🧼🔄. Let’s hope they bring back the old...
