Domino's Pizza | B S F Colony, Jalandar — Restaurant in Punjab

Worst food place ever. Ordered for 2 garlic breads a 4 cheese pizza and paneer mushroom pizza... and a choco lava cake... Garlic bread wasn't even prepared it was just raw. The flour wasnt even prepared properly. Taste was horrible. Pizza was cold. The cheese was not edible it was not prepared properly. The pizza was totally uneven. There was no ketchup, oregano or anything in the box.. the delivery was 20 minutes late... When a call was placed concerning this. staff behaviour was 1/10... They refused to send the money back and said they will redo the whole order again... One day later when order was placed they said they will only do 1 bread and 1 pizza... And after agreeing to that they said we do not have time to deliver... And said you will have to pick up the food yourselves.... Most inconvenient, worst customer service and worstttttt food place ever... Recommending not going here it's absolutely deserves 1 star... For the bad behaviour of staff... No customer service... Terrible food... And worst staff ever... 4.. when the food was originaly ordered we recieved open box of garlic bread and it was half broken... It was open no taping and there was absolutely no ketchup whatsover... No oreganos no chilli...

Well dominos idk how pathetic ur customer service can be well . First of all i usually dint have pizza and don't know much of it . So instead of the female staff the both of them who were laughing like they were mentally retarted . They were gossiping as we struggle to select instead of helping her , mincing us . Moreover they other staff was busy laughing , watching reels making double meaning jokes . Well anyways the order we got was pathetic the pizza was kidna not good and the chicken pops which were hard and had so much salt in them . When we went to counter to compiant they didn't even take us seriously and choose to fight isnetad saying it's hard and tastes like that . So we clarified about how we knew and had tried of burger king and mcd too . So they continued but it took them 20-30 mins . It's a wastage of time and such unprofessional staff I think strict action should be taken I'm truly dissatisfied with the service and will be mentioning this case on YouTube,my linkedn , twitter and...

I would have given zero stars if it was possible. The manager Ankush is a real jerk and a big time liar. He has 0 customer service skills and he’s very rude. Consistently for past 3 orders the mess up has happened. Either in the form of billed items or preparation of the food. Today, my order got messed up again and he lied about the whole situation confirming that I was made aware of the situation before our order was delivered. His deliver guy said that he didn’t make me aware. He used his personal phone to call me and told me that the call was getting recorded when we asked asked for the recording he said that there’s no recording and he made it up.
