Domino's Pizza | Batal — Restaurant in Punjab

Man I went to use the washroom and I felt like I can't come out alive. It smelled like pond of pee, I feel bad guys coz it's dominoz not any other local QSR . Literally unacceptable and staff here dont bother coz it's batala,a small town ,that's what I personally feel. Something is seriously wrong with this branch and probably at the management level. Staff dosnt knw how to deal with customer. Before one time also I went to order in this branch and the lady standing on the counter didn't wished me and straight away told me that the order will take 30 35 mins. No explanation nothing . I requested to acknowledge the reason then she didn't even looked at me and walked away saying we have lot of pending order. I understand the situation but there r some etiquettes which staff should have.there r hardly 1 or 2 international food chains in batala where we expect the quality food and service , but if the things will remain the same way in this branch. I don't think people will keep coming to order dine in. I generously request to the management that either change the staff or educate them abt food industry. If u guys want I can personally mail u the loop holes in ur operation . Pleassee try to improve ur service coz every weekend I visit ur place and I luv dominos as food chain. I been coming here from long time butt their dealing is worst!!! First i needed to wait for more than 5 min no one was there for taking order then when they came they were like you need to wait for atleast 30 min like there was just one family rest all order might be online but its really having poor service i request them to please prepare my my prder in 15 min but they are like no if you can wait tgen only give ve the order!!!!!!!
