I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Domino’s. I ordered several pizzas along with garlic breadsticks, and unfortunately, the garlic breadsticks were completely inedible. They had a terrible, overpowering smell that made them impossible to eat. The pizzas were fine, but the garlic breadsticks were so bad that it ruined the entire meal. To make matters worse, the delivery took more than an hour, which is far longer than I expected.

I reached out to the store to explain the situation, hoping for a resolution or at least an apology. Instead, I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uncooperative. When I told them about the issue, they claimed that the smell was just part of the “flavor,” which was completely ridiculous. There was no effort to resolve the problem, no offer of a replacement, and no apology. I was treated with complete disrespect, and it was clear they didn’t care about my concern.
