‼️ Domino’s Staff Blaming Customers Instead of Owning Their Mistakes‼️
First-year students, please read this before you order late-night pizza, because as a fresher the staff will not listen to you.
Instead, they will fight with you and blame you for ordering the pizza.
We ordered pizza from Domino’s, and it was delivered late by one to two hours. The pizza was cold, and some of the items were missing. This is not the first time—it has already happened three times. The first time, they didn’t deliver the complete order. Six ketchup packets were missing, and when we called the manager, she told us that she would give us some offers next time, like adding extra toppings. We somehow agreed, but the very next day when we ordered again, the same issues continued.
We had ordered three pizzas—two cheese burst and one double cheese. Out of them, only one was actually cheese burst, while the other two were plain cheese. Another pizza we ordered was Cheese Burst Paneer Makhani, but it did not have cheese burst. On top of that, one of the stuffed garlic breads was completely plain, without any stuffing.
Earlier, when the order was wrong, the manager told us that we should not have eaten it and should have returned it immediately. So this time, we went with all the incorrect orders to show them proof that they had delivered wrong items. Instead of accepting the mistake, one of the staff members casually said that they had a rush of orders, and that’s why it happened. But even if you are busy, why would you give me random pizzas and ask me to compromise?
When we complained again, some guy—probably the delivery person—started shouting from behind, saying things like, “Don’t order from us next time,” or “Why did you even order?” The staff was very rude and not at all willing to take responsibility. Their excuse was the rush of orders, but that’s not a valid point. IF YOU ALREADY KNOW YOU ARE SHORT ON STAFF AND CANNOT HANDLE ORDERS, WHY ACCEPT THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE? Simply cancel them instead of giving wrong items to customers.
Even the delivery guys are unprofessional. Whenever we tell them that the order is incomplete, wrong, or cold, they simply say, “IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM, THEN CANCEL IT. I CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.” They don’t take any responsibility and instead blame the customers, asking, “Why did you order then?”
To summarise, just because students are not complaining, they are taking this very lightly. The delivery guys don’t accept their mistakes and instead blame us in reverse, saying things like we should not have ordered, or if we have a problem, then they can’t do anything about it. I can understand that sometimes rush can make orders late—one hour is still okay—but two hours for a pizza, and that too when it comes cold and incomplete, is simply...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding repeated late deliveries from your LPU outlet.
On my recent order placed at 2:08 PM (31-08-2025), the tracking system showed “17 minutes remaining,” but the timer got stuck and the order was not delivered within the 30-minute Delivery Guarantee. This is not the first time – on multiple occasions, my orders have taken 50–60 minutes, which is far beyond the promised timeframe.
I have attached a screenshot of my order details with timestamps for your reference.
If the delivery cannot be made within 30 minutes, I request Domino’s to please refrain from advertising or claiming the guarantee at this outlet, as it misleads customers and results in repeated poor experiences.
I kindly request the following:
A clear explanation for these delays at the LPU outlet.
Appropriate compensation as per the 30-minute guarantee policy.
Assurance that such issues will be resolved to improve...

When i think about Pizza Domino's comes into my mind. But inside LPU campus, it's horrible.
Pros:
Its a veg outlet. (Pro for Vegans) Provides hostel delivery services. Fast delivery. Staff responce for calls is quite good.
Cons:
No non.veg. As this is the only dominos inside the campus, the average wait time is more here. Restaurant is not so spacious. Area is not at all clean. Floor is dirty most of the times and sticky too Worst Domino's Restaurant with worst service. Doesn't pick calls during holidays. Delivery too sucks during holidays.
Comfortable for every university student as they don't have to go too far to have a Domino's pizza. Other Domino's Restaurant I have been are completely satisfying. But this one always disappoint me. For a University it's manageable but this will not...
