DOWNTOWN CAFE — Restaurant in Punjab

I placed an order via Swiggy it was getting ready than after waiting for 40 mins it was cancelled by the restaurant. I did not got any call so I end up calling and I was told there is no rider and I mentioned I spoke to rider Gurpreet and after that was told they will check and call back and after that I was told delivery driver is having issue so we cancelled. Then was told to order via Zomato and I checked same order was costing me 125 Rs more so I declined and I was again told they will check and call back however no one called me back. I was your regular customer why would you do that? That too for someone waiting for their food.
