The cakes are so-so, they put too much sugar in them. I ordered customised cake for a special occasion and paid in half the amount in advance. The cake they made was not even remotely like the one that I had ordered. But they accepted the responsibility and refunded back the full money, so two stars for...

The man who attend the call is rude btw cake was so yum 🤤 and the sponge of cake was fresh and soft overall it was my good experience with fnp i first time...
