Kanta Chhuri — Restaurant in Punjab

Not a good one at this moment.

Purpose of my visit: Family get together for my birthday party.

Slow service. Quantity is very less as compared to price. Avg per person cost around 250 to 300 (which shouldn't be supposed at this location). For me its just one time visit place as per today visit... Not happy. Might give another chance later.

I visited ground floor. So reviews are based to service provided at that location.

Needs a lot of improvements. Increase quantity as per price. Improve concentration towards existing orders as well not only stick to new orders. Bread part like butter naan, simple roti, butter roti, daal, etc needs improvement especially butter naan. Service of plates, Bowl, etc. should be provided before serving order (what happed with me? We are 5 People and order two type of food items. Bowl served just 5. Bhai dusri sabji kya plate me dalni thi maine!!!!😂) So, when you are delivering order think what else is required. Waiters forget about order( I asked him to serve half quantity of butter naan from my order first then after few minutes repeat the rest of butter naan but jnab bhul hi gaye ki baki ka saman bhi dena hai) I asked waiter to change one of item, uska reaction esa tha ki jaise uski salary kat gyi hoi). Management needs to think how to improve confidence in them)

Rest everything like infrastructure, location, way of talk at front end is good but needs to improve for above points.

Hope restaurant should review this feedback and concentrate to improve things I have mentioned. You have capability to compete other...

I visited this place upon recommendation of a family friend... the belief got stronger with the reviews... but had pathetic experience... Noisy place just like a dhaba... No music or video... people busy chatting on phone... They have prime location, worked well on aesthetics and infra, big team to take care of clients but sorry to say worst food... Ordered Punjabi special Thali... but out of all the items served I.e. readymade Papad was ok😑 Lachha Parantha was good😏 Dal Makhni was OK (I found same of Lovely Dhaba much better) 😏 Mix veg was gòod🙂 Shahi paneer was worst😣 Mix veg raita was good🙄 Sweet dish was good and rice served were Pathetic😣😥 such rice one can buy from any roadside dhaba... quality of rice being served in Express Vegetarian is much better and cheaper unlimited meals for 120 however this one was for 180 plus taxes?

They need to work a lot on the quality part... Another ITEM I ordered was Paneer Naan with Dal Makhni... Naan was like it fallen down on ground and plating is done... every bite was with hinch of sand... I complained about it and was told that I should have informed earlier and they would have changed it... but they did not answered the question why plating of the same is done...

Guys suggest u to be careful as this kinda treatment will ruin...

It's a basic family restaurant, the one like every area must have to have a quick outing for food. When we visited it's upper ground floor was almost full with families.

The service was very quick and food tastes good.

It's not fine dining, it's fully lit, lots of activity. So if you are looking forward to a relaxing evening or dim lights then this place is not for that evening.

They have a service window and the smoke from kitchen enters the restaurant from that window. If you are sensitive you can feel the smoke. Cooling is average and ambience is average.

The serving trays are too big keeping in mind the size of the tables so if two dish arrive it's difficult to manage on small table.

The prices are bit higher as the crockery is average and they are using plastic glasses and Cutlery is below average.

Still you can visit if your expectations are not too high And you are looking for a quick dine out.

It's a vegetarian restaurant...
