I recently visited the food court in Batala that houses both Kathi Nation and La Trio Pizza. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here's a detailed account of what happened:
When I arrived, I was given a menu card that included items from both Kathi Nation and La Trio Pizza. After comparing the prices, I noticed that La Trio Pizza had more reasonable rates for certain items. Consequently, I decided to order a cold coffee and a chocolate shake from La Trio Pizza, and just a plate of fried rice from Kathi Nation.
To my dismay, when the bill arrived, I was charged according to the higher rates of Kathi Nation for the drinks I ordered from La Trio Pizza. This inconsistency was frustrating and felt like a dishonest practice.
Moreover, the service was quite poor. The staff seemed unorganized.However, I must admit that despite the poor service, the food itself was quite good.
