KFC — Restaurant in Punjab

This is KFC review inside of Amritsar airport departure section. We ordered meal because we were told it will be ready in 10min and it was acceptable. However, even after 25 min wait it was not ready and we asked if we can get bottled coke instead cup because we can’t take it on board. They refused and told we have to pay more for the bottle and food was not even ready. They did “ international order ” first. We were late for boarding time so we asked for refund. There were 5 staffs standing doing nothing and they were just laughing about this situation. I dont understand why they sell under the name of “ fast food” and the staffs have no service...

Located on the departure gate of Amritsar International Airport, this outlet only offers take away orders. I ordered a veg zinger meal along with Black Pepsi and it was delivered within 5 mins.

Since there is no dedicated dining area, by default they make your order as takeaway. However, you can sit at the terminal and have your food in peace. Washrooms are nearby only so it would be more convenient.

Service was good and they handled the food well. They do accept all kinds of digital payments including cards and UPI.

I do recommend this outlet since my experience with them was good and there is no such standard eatery...

The staff is very casual , we orderd food from the first floor and it took them 45 min to deliver as they were fighting among themselves as the ground floor staff had not started preparing order.
