Terrible Experience – Not Recommended for Families

We visited Kulcha King with a group of 12 people, including guests and elders, and unfortunately had one of the worst dining experiences.

Firstly, we were made to wait 20–25 minutes, which we understood considering our large order. However, things went downhill from there. One of our kulchas had a hair inside it. When we politely raised this with the staff, they kept denying it, repeatedly asking “kahan hai baal, dikhaiye”. Even after showing them clearly, they insisted it was methi. Only when we physically pulled it out and showed them did they finally admit it — but without any apology.

Moreover, we had asked for some kulchas to be packed, and the man in charge there was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of handling things professionally, he started saying things like “CCTV laga hai, sab sunayenge, jhooth bol rahe ho”. His tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate, especially towards women and elders in our group.

We felt deeply embarrassed in front of our guests. Basic courtesy and hygiene were both missing. This is NOT a place we’d recommend if you’re coming with family or expecting respectful service.

I visited here today for the first time on recommendation of many people. But at the end I was disappointed a lot. Place is not upto the mark in terms of service and packing. Didn’t match my taste buds, as Kulcha’s stuffing lacks in masalas. They were serving preheat kulchas and quality of chanas was inadequate. I also pointed out this to the person on counter what he was not interested. Though the menu list they display is very CNN long but only alloo kulcha was available. I have a suggestion kindly increase five or ten rupees but deliver good quantity...
