La Romano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Punjab

If you’re a pizza lover in Amritsar, La Romano Pizzeria is a place you absolutely need to try. I recently visited their outlet at UT Market (and have also been to the Ranjeet Avenue one before), and both experiences were fantastic.First of all, the vibe of the place is really nice cozy seating, a clean and modern setup, and a very chill atmosphere. It’s perfect whether you’re hanging out with friends, going on a casual date, or just grabbing a solo meal.Coming to the main part the food! Their pizzas are honestly some of the best I’ve had in Amritsar. The base is fresh, perfectly baked (neither too hard nor too soggy), and the toppings are generous. I tried the Peri Peri Chicken Pizza and Veggie Overload, and both were loaded with flavor. Their cheese pull is exactly what you want when you think of a good pizza! They also have a nice range of pasta, garlic breads, and shakes the Kit Kat Shake is definitely worth trying.

Service was quick and the staff was polite and attentive, which always adds to the experience. Prices are pretty reasonable too, considering the quality and taste you get. What I really like about La Romano is that it feels like a proper pizzeria, not just a regular fast food joint. Yesterday i went to the Pizzeria, the one opposite to GNDU. I was with my friend and we were really hungry. So, we have ordered a rice bowl with paneer gravy. It was around 8:09pm when we placed the order. At around 8:50pm, our order arrived (Please note the time gap🤷). People who came after us, have received their respective orders before us. What a cruel irony!! Isn't it? This was the first thing.

Secondly, when i had my first spoon of rice, i noticed that the paneer was too hard and informed my friend. And when we tore a piece of so called 'paneer', it came out as chicken!!! and i am a vegetarian. This is really pathetic on your part after being such a renowned franchise here in Amritsar. This can really hurt one's religious sentiments. Firstly, i dont think so that cooking rice can take almost an hour, and secondly, please do learn the difference between paneer...

Lady on the phone was very rude She shouted when I complained her about the wrong order

She doesn't know how to deal with customers Ok so here is the reason, why I have given only 1 star. Ordered : Ciabatta, Salad and one large pizza. The lady on the phone said that bill is 1130 and it will take maximum 1 hour to deliver. When the invoice ived on phone it was of 1334. On confirming a boy said that by chance they told us the wrong amount earlier. That's acceptable to us ... The order was delivered after 1 hour 30 mhole payment and said that other delivery boy is coming with ciabatta and salad. Only pizza was delivered and that ice cold.

If they can't manage, then they must not opt for home delivery. Really really disappointed
