McDonald’s — Restaurant in Punjab

Location: On Jalandhar highway, opposite Bath castle. Have dine in , take away and delivery options. They provide Quick service, they have started online order in restaurant option wherein you can place order and do payment online without standing in a queue. .Place is hygienic, clean and follows covid guidelines. Washrooms are well maintained. Why I’m giving it a 4 is because I was craving an ice- cream and stopped here to have Mcflurry but unfortunately their machine was out of order. We were travelling from Faridabad to Punjab and this was the only stop we took during our entire journey. This McDonald had self service counter to place the orders and then collect them either from the counter or you can get them delivered to your table. We noticed a good crowd there including kids, adults and old age people. We used to washroom and it was all hygiene. We ordered one Paneer wrap and cold coffee with ice cream one chicken burger and cold coffee. Later we paint one chicken wrap and chicken powder for our next 2 to 3 hours journey if required. Great location (right off the highway). The place is spacious, airy and really comfortable to be in. The digital ordering system is a real asset and gives the outlet a modern touch. The food is too plain for my expectations of McDonalds and flavorful India. We had muffins for late breakfast, and they were very plain. My mocha drink tasted like a cappuccino despite looking really nice. The crew are not as friendly as the ones I've met in other McDonalds places. There is also no proper service sequence.
