i ordered food for the very first time from this place.. i was not sure about the place but you can u imagine how tasty and fresh food was delivered to me.. i was so satisfied with the packaging. spill prove packing... everything is piping hot.qaulity and quantity is very good. i tried lucknowi biryani(veg) and now that is my favourite..loaded with veggies and dry fruits along with freshly rice... they serve it with jeera raita.. i tried paneer tikka butter masala...voila what a taste.. portion size is very huge.this is enough for 3 people.. i ordered pudina paratha and rumali roti. both are so soft and paratha has so many layers...and that pudina spread over it enhance its taste...last but not the least,phirni... too yummy. not much sweet...and yes served in cute little kulhad.. so must try this place.. you ll never regret. they have so many combo options also. place your orders now and...

Pathetic service. The order took more than two hours to deliver food. The website said it would take 70-90 minutes to deliver. Also, contacting the support team to track order was very poor. I called them to ask about the status of delivery and they said it was out for delivery. After 30 minutes, when the order didn't arrive, I called up again and the support team representative said that he would call back in 2 minutes. Again, no response. After that, I called again after 10 minutes to ask about status of callback. And they said "You didn't receive call back ?". What kind of service providers do that. Never again I am going to order and I strongly advise people that please don't order from here or if you want to have food from in dinner around 8 pm, probably order around 5 pm.
