Matt jana, manager and few staff members don’t know how to behave. They don’t accept their mistake and oppositely, tells customer that your tastebud are ruined. The ambiance of the place is beautiful, but the service quality is extremely disappointing. Ordered a cold coffee, and it turned out to be the bitterest one I’ve ever had. Requested whipped cream to balance it out, and instead, they simply added sugar to the coffee, completely ruining the taste. Infact they pour that leftover ruined coffee for us to take away.

New outlet - Nik Baker's SELECT - so I decided to check it out. Great location. Amply parking. The staff is enhusiastic, energetic and eager to please. But they do require a little bit more training to be comfortable in their job. The Manager Arjun Negi is GREAT. Very approachable and answered all questions happily. The food took FOREVER to arrive - even the chocolate chocolate cake that is a ready to serve dish. I'll give the cake and and the omelette 4 stars. No complaints but nothing earth shattering either. It's a select outlet, first in the country of Nik Bakers brand. Lavish display of food items and a good dine in experience, too. Staff is courteous and attentive. Proper restaurant type ordering on table and payments system here. 1st floor has ample sitting space. Menu has been expanded also, more items to chose from. Mind you It’s an expensive outlet.
