Nuqi - Cafe & Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Punjab

Very very pathetic. It was our first time visit n very disappointed. there was alot of issues for seating. In glass cabins we were told if billing is upto 12000 then only we can sit, I don't know any such a high class place giving seats/space as per bill that you can spend. There was huge delay in service, we had waited too long for menu. They kept us waiting for half an hour for billing. N then they told there system is showing some issue. Then later they took bill from us for 6000 for eatables n told for drinks seperate bill is not showing up so verbally took 2000 for drinks whereas the total for eatables n drinks itself was around 6000. So when confronted,they provided us exact bill that was 6000. I don't understand how such a high class place employee do a cheap thing with customer. We saw the bill after paying but if bill is not given to customer then there is a complete chance of fraud. 4 we also had few items to be packed that was also not provided by them n we have to come again to pick it up. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. It’s New Year and I didn’t want any Waiter and Waitress to feel negative and somehow gave good feedback on paper. Let me bring this to your attention that this is a SCAM CAFE AND BAR. They added service fee for a NO SERVICE but just for an order taking process. I thought not to ask the staff and didn’t mind to pay just because I didn’t want create a dramatic environment on such a special day for myself and others but I have to put this review so people can see the how is this place. Even a family was sitting beside us and they had to call the manager for the same thing. 0 star to the service of Cafe. I apologize the owner for not being true on the feedback form but please hire the people who are qualified in Customer Service and also, don’t just add these unnecessary fee.
