OSLO CAFE & RESTRO — Restaurant in Punjab

Everything is just perfect the only thing missing is smile on the face of the lady who takes the order… i have been to many cafes at many places all over india and cafes are meant for giving you a good positive space where you come , enjoy the food and feel good… but I have really felt a little attitude & arrogance from the lady who takes the order… I placed an order and somehow it was misunderstood by her and then when i went to talk about it she just rolled her eyes and asked the person next to him “ehde nal gal karo” which i felt was really rude… if she could have just said anything like it was a misunderstanding along with a smile and without any attitude i would’ve just ignore it… Am still a regular customer because i jist love their cheese cakes but please its a request to train the staff and teach them about...

Being holiday and festive season ( diwali etc) the staff were very busy but still the owner being present on the scene made sure that we were promptly served in the throng of customer crowd. The owner personally intervened to make sure our needs were met and spoke to us personally about menus items.

The menu is very reasonably priced and the food is great. The ambience is welcoming and hospitable.

The three of us were over fed with delicious food for under 1000 rupees. Can't beat that.

The owner took the time to make a personal phone call after we had left to ask for suggestions to improve customer relations and service.
