I had only heard about the old shop near samrala chowk but i got an opportunity to visit their new outlet in Model town. It is just on the road towards model town when you come from Atam nagar side. Another landmark is reliance fresh store, situated nearby at an appropriate distance of 100 metres. The best part about the pakoras is their subtle flavor that i am sure will be suited to everyone's taste buds and there will be a rare breed who may dislike it. The best pakores i have ever had. Really, panna singh pakores are tastiest,I've ever eaten. Especially their paneer pakores are so soft to eat, and their dahi bhalle are also superb. The chutney they serve with pakore is so delicious and tangy. Sitting is not available there, only standing tables are there. I highly recommend to go there and eat the best pakores in ludhiana town. I think they should also start serve cold drink and other beverages. Atleast they should serve bottled water as they only have installed a tap outside their shop which also have so much pressure that one cannot drink water without getring wet. Snacks are definitely delicious, but no respect for customers. You have to stand in que to get your orders and no place to sit and have your snacks. You have eat your snacks on road full of traffic and pollution. And one I have always noticed that no worker or even owner of shop have any courtesy for client they don't even answer to simple question politely. They know customers like their food and they have plenty of customers that's why they forget the courtesy to how to talk to the clients. They have this same behaviour for years.
