A few days back I was craving for Chole Kulche/Bhature, but didn't know they close this dish by 5pm 8pm. So the staff advised Pav Bhaji and Pizza, we took that. Pav Bhaji was good, but the pav were very small. Deluxe veggie pizza though had good quantity of veg toppings and cheese but the base was seriously undercooked, giving a useless explanation. So dnt go for pizza at all. Golgappe average. After that I had taken sweets and gulab jamun atleast for 8-10 times over 1 year. Just today I ordered tilki mistakenly with channa instead of dahi , samosa chanaa, golgappa and 4 gulab jamun. Sadly the size of gulab jamun has been drastically reduced but the rates are same @30 each and but poorly prepared. I requested to replace the channa to dahi but the manager asked to buy dahi extra instead! The quality of the dishes has been reduced over 1 year. Definitely not visiting again. Man in Punjabi attire welcome each visitor For sweet and food there is seperate floor. In sweet Sharman has an edge in Ludhiana. I have tasted their sweet and really it hold taste of class. I am very fond of kaju katli berfi. It is with great taste as always. They maintain proper cleaning of the place Each sweet is marked with expiry date separately. They also cater big occasion like marriage sweet requirement. Besides there is lot of options in confectionery. In food corner they have lot of vegetarian option. There chole bhature and chole Puri is quite popular among food lover.

Have been buying sweets regularly from the store, but had a really bad experience this time. The female staff on the cash counter (Mamta) is extremely rude. She doesn't know how to talk to a customer. I confirmed the final amount twice but she was busy talking to others in between and when I made the payment thinking the total was 570, she very rudely said '570 nhi 573 bola, 2 baar bola tb bhi nhi suna' I replied you were busy talking to others and she again said 'apne nhi suna to meri glti nhi h' and when I kept the bill on the counter as I got very angry , she again said very rudely 'nhi lena to mat lo'. I don't think anyone would tolerate such kind of behavior. Why would I have any problem in paying those 3 bucks...
