The staff told us that they might get a call from “higher-ups” and hence refused us entry, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the environment inside the store was extremely poor: • There were a lot of mosquitoes. • The entire place smelled bad and was unhygienic. • The AC was not working. • The sound inside was so loud that it was uncomfortable to sit. • Food items seemed stale and not fresh. • The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and impolite.
