Not sure about the rooms but today i visited after 8 months. Used to be my regular place used to brilliant with top service. Unfortunately today was my turn off point and will never visit again and this is why.

I came with my family and they tried to seat us in the function room as they said they had bookings for the private rooms. When i refused then they gave us the private room, we asked for a mocktail the waiter w did not have a clue as to which ones they serve. The mocktail was for my 5 year old. He recommended a strawberry mocktail but instead did a total different one which was awful. The waiter did not understand basic questions. The food arrived and it was cold and was not fresh at all. After notifying them they warmed it up in a microwave. We complained again. They could just not get anything right. They apologised and then bought out another dish which by then it was too late and we were put off. That dish was also terrible. We paid the bill in full. The manager tried our food and agreed it had no taste. We visit here from the uk regularly but never...

Today I had visited backyard and it was really a very wonderful experience .. the full quality and quantity was very good ... Special triple delight a fish from Chinese cuisine .... Was very different and the taste is unforgettable .... The service was also very quick we don't have to wait more then 7to10 min after giving the orders .... The blue mood bar which have all the cocktail and mocktail which taste very nice ...we also tried some of the mocktail ...like peena colada , fly high ..and the where to nice .... I suggest one should surely visit .... Very nice experience ... We will surely come...

Worst experience ever.

Booked private cabin for family dinner before moving from home, manager confirmed the availability but after reaching,

he denied saying “ sir pehle se booked the abb unko uthaayunga thori “

Still compromised to eat.

After that asked to give either normal bisleri water bottle or normal tap to water.

He denied saying we donot serve normal water bottle or tap water, The only option is for that expensive water to drink.

Food was served after 20 mins of order.

Just a pathetic service by BackYard and...
