Vanjali Family Resturant — Restaurant in Punjab

Not worthy...Pathetic food... worst service... I personally went the first time 10 yr back in restaurant at that time the food was gr8 but now I went there for a family function & sorry to know how bad they have came out ...First there was no lift to the first floor which is hell for old age people...the food was not at all tasty it was all blad while the presentation were also not gud... Moreover the waiter serving were just looking forward for tips... the will keep buzzing around you like 🐝 bee always ready to sting you with the tip pls attitude they took tip from my dad & then were looking forward for tipping from me as well they so eagerly waiting for the tip that they just start bringing everything they have in menu thought you want to eat or not wasting food was like top in there priority just so that ur compelled to tip them in the end .... same was the case with the parking guys they never provided me with a gud parking spot nor they provided valet parking still while leaving they were like kuc dedo paa ji... while they have already taken tip from my brother traveling with me in the same car... only thing ok was...

I had my family function in banquet hall last month. By the time of booking there was no payment terms & conditions discussed by the hotel staff. Before a week of function they started calling me, please make a full payment otherwise they will not allow us to enter in the banquet hall. Well! Lady's way of talk was not the good way to treat customer. We made the full payment and on the function day decorations was not fully setup and our guest started coming to the banquet hall. It was kind of embarrassing moment for us that hall is not ready and guest are coming.

Being a customer you're not treated as a customer.

Suggestion for everyone: if you're booking the hall then please confirm the payment & schedule timeliness on the paper. Otherwise, they know how to play with words.

Food wise...

Me and my dad have stayed here for only 6 days and we have been very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. This came apparent when they came to change the bed sheets and we found the mattress had been highly soiled and not been changed for a very long time. This gives the impression that other rooms in the hotel may have the same sort of state. However the service is good and the overall hotel...
