Virsa Resorts — Restaurant in Punjab

As part of a tour package to manali, we happened to have lunch from this restaurant, that was the worst decision. We ordered biriani by 12.30 -12.35 pm. By 1 pm we asked for food, they asked back what was the order, they told its getting ready. Again by 1.30 we asked they answered the same. Then we changed the order to thali and got it in another 15-20 min. There were other things like lassi lime soda and all, even we got it after 1.5 hrs. And the worst part was the soup i ordered came to be after finishing my food. Absolute disaster... not at all recommend... waisted atleast 1.45 min for...

I ordered from virsa restaurant and was disappointed with the experience. First, there was one person to accept the orders, and whatever is on menu is not available plus the delivery was significantly delayed, and I had to wait much longer than expected with no updates or communication. To make matters worse, they only accept cash, which was quite inconvenient in this day and age. The food was decent, but the poor delivery service and outdated payment options really overshadowed the meal. I hope they improve both their delivery times and payment methods...

First of all the service was too slow almost waited for 30 min. approx . Ambience was on the line not too good not bad at all . Ordered paneer tikka butter masala with naan . Total pay was 560 too expensive for such a disappointed service and taste too . Taste was so bad . POV. Do not go there or you will be disappointed anyway of you prefer to go there . If you are Going to Anandpur Sahib or Naina Devi just go to Haveli next to it like 300 m further . Such a nice service and good taste there . Definitely go there but never choose...
