MY REVIEW RATING IS 000000000/10. I ordered for butter chicken on 17/09/2025 at 08:00 pm to be packed for takeaway after an hour at home me and my 4 family members had that butter chicken it’s very worst than taste ever I belongs to hospitality and restaurant industry since 2011 what is the taste of butter chicken we know it very well even after I told order taker make it little bit spicy as being an Indian and Rajasthani we eat spices but it’s was not even into surroundings of butter chicken IT WAS LIKE TOMATO KETCHUP AND TOO MUCH SUGAR ADD-ON was in it AND DARK THICK TOMATO SAUCE GRAVY WAS SMELLING PATHETIC LIKE IT WAS LASTING SINCE FROM 10 DAYS. EVEN WE CALLED ON MOBILE NUMBER WHICH IS AVAILABLE ON GOOGLE CONCERN PERSON PICKUPS PHONE MY FATHER GAVE HIM SUGGESTION CONCERN PERSON Reply was pathetic. As we know BALBALTO from 2016 when their was nothing in that area we had CHICKEN TIKKA it was amazing now in 2025 as year passed they were not able to maintain quality as I do believe RESTAURANTS WHO ARE RUNNING FROM PAST MANY YEARS CANT MAINTAIN THEIR FOOD QUALITY LIKE IT WAS IN STARTING TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS THEY SHOULD CLOSE THEIR RESTAURANT LIKE BALBALTO ALSO DID THAT ONLY AS I THINK YOU SHOULD ALSO CLOSE IT YOU CANT SURVIVE WITHOUT YOUR QUALITY CUSTOMERS. BALBALTO SHOULD CONCENTRATE ON QUALITY not QUANTITY LIKE YOU HAVE REVEIWS 900+ that might be some are fake. GOOGLE should shut down this kind of GOGGLE Accounts who are making misusing their business account TO MAKE THEM NAME OF GOOGLE DIRTY. I have attached the UPI payment receipt (Rs 620/- is very hard earned money) that he might be the owner of this restaurant it takes many years efforts to build a business you can’t eat 10 packets of bread in one day you have have two eat 2-4 slices of bread per meal per day. As I am not your enemy nor you are mine I want to brings this review into your ALERT if you want to run business in long term please have a watch over it. I do believe in BUSINESS SAYING IF YOU WANT TO RUN BUSINESS YOU HAVE TO BE LABOUR OF YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND A PROPER GUIDANCE TO YOUR STAFF WHOS WORKING FOR YOU. Even it was happened a same like year ago with veg part I order for Dal Makhani to be packed for home it was not that it was Dal lehsuni I avoided at that as being a human we do all mistakes as we are not ROBOTs. I went there yesterday with my family and was very displeased with everything. There is construction going on in the restaurant so I would not blame the owner for that as the ambience was not good at all. But evrywhere there was dirt and wet mud. While sitting there on the table we (including kids) encountered severe mosquito bites although the delivery boy tried his best to put mosquito coils and gave us roll ons etc but it didn't work out. We even had to shoo off spiders from the table. After that when we received the starters... The paneer lehsuni tikka was quite good but the chicken tikka was not cooked properly. We sent back the dish to make it cooked and sent again but the second time also the same uncooked chicken was served and then we decided to not continue with the main order as we had ordered bhuna kukda (also a chicken dish). When we spoke to the manager about the food quality he called another customer from another table and started asking him if he has faced any problem with the chicken today which also I felt insulting as it felt as if I was lying about my order. unfortunately I had gone there with quite good expectations but was utterly...

I love spicy food. Especially non veg dishes. Unless the cook uses local spices that flare up my mouth buds and make my brain dizzy, stars shining in my eyes, but the taste doesn't allow me to stop - unless I come to the crossroads of spices making me dance and my entire body wanting me to continue eating - I don't feel that the chicken / mutton is good

It's just the way I've grown up

Over the years, spices in indian mainstream restaurants have dozed out. You barely get properly spicy food anymore

Hence, my surprise at Bal Bal To's Murg Rajputana and the way it tasted - heavenly. And woah so spicy that I fell in love with it the moment I took the first bite in. Spices hit later, after 1 roti I think

Ambiance is basic, food takes time so you better order in advance but the food is awesome. I'm in love ❤️
