Bhookh Lagi Hai” was once a well-known and popular café-restaurant, and in the past, I too enjoyed visiting. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically. It feels like they are now taking their old reputation for granted while quality and quantity keep deteriorating day by day, and prices keep going up.

First of all, the food is hugely overpriced and the portions are laughably small. I ordered Paneer Tikka, expecting at least a fresh, hot serving, but what came to the table was cold and stale-tasting. When I politely pointed out that the dish wasn’t hot, instead of accepting the mistake, the staff started arguing and trying to prove me wrong by touching the bottom of the plate and insisting it was “hot.” Absolutely unprofessional and insulting behavior – as if I was making it up!

Next, I tried their so-called Jamun Soda, which they proudly claim is made with “fresh jamun.” The reality? It was nothing but jaljeera water loaded with refined sugar and a splash of blue color. Forget fresh fruit, there wasn’t even a hint of jamun in it.

Overall, this place has gone from being a reliable favorite to a complete letdown. The management seems to be banking only on its past name and popularity, but if things continue this way, they’ll lose loyal customers fast. Definitely not worth the...
