This is a nice chain of cafés on the Kishangarh Delhi stretch. Well maintained with good crowd.
Coffees - both hot and cold were good but there is a definite scope of improvement in the food.
Ordered Cheese Garlic Bread and Brownie (see pics) and both were not up to the mark. It took us a huge effort to finish up the Brownie and the Cheese was a bit too chewy. If food can be improved, it would be a bit plus.
Since many of the people reading this would also come from Kishangarh - for comparison, the food at the RAW cafe is much better (it is there in my published lists).

Stumbled upon Cafe Maestro while driving from Udaipur to Jaipur, and it turned out to be the perfect pit stop. The location is brilliant—right off the highway, easy to spot, and surrounded by scenic views that make you want to linger a little longer.
