Café Maestro — Restaurant in Rajasthan

This is a nice chain of cafés on the Kishangarh Delhi stretch. Well maintained with good crowd.

Coffees - both hot and cold were good but there is a definite scope of improvement in the food.

Ordered Cheese Garlic Bread and Brownie (see pics) and both were not up to the mark. It took us a huge effort to finish up the Brownie and the Cheese was a bit too chewy. If food can be improved, it would be a bit plus.

Since many of the people reading this would also come from Kishangarh - for comparison, the food at the RAW cafe is much better (it is there in my published lists).

Overall, Cafe Maestro is a nice place to relax between a long trip and have a good coffee. Would like to see this chain to...

A Hidden Gem on the Highway ☕🚗

Stumbled upon Cafe Maestro while driving from Udaipur to Jaipur, and it turned out to be the perfect pit stop. The location is brilliant—right off the highway, easy to spot, and surrounded by scenic views that make you want to linger a little longer.

The ambience is refreshing, with clean seating, open air vibes, and a calm atmosphere that’s rare to find on busy routes.

Very Disappointed by the staff services 👎🏻 Yesterday visited the place , experienced pathetic service from the waiters , had been waiting for 20mins for the waiter to take the order, meanwhile had already said 3 times to come and take the order .
