I have had a pleasant experience dining in at the famous Chawlas…Established originally at Clock Tower,Ludhiana which is world renowned for its trademark signature Chawla Cream Chicken,Chawla has been my all time favourite since childhood…It now has franchises all across the globe,I walked in with my colleagues on a sleepy Wednesday evening,parked our car in the car park adjacent to the restaurant and were greeted by a pleasing server…Since the trademark Cream chicken was not available we decided to settle for the Butter Chicken along with tandoori rotis served hot right from the oven in quick time…Portions were generous,however the lighting in the restaurant was not that great,seating is average…However,the service is quick,food served is hot,the general hygiene and cleanliness level is satisfactory…The portions were generous,the meal was light on the palate,we left the restaurant with a smile,wishing to visit soon…Would love to have the signature Cream Chicken on my...

Very bad service, food was not cooked as said or ordered as per the children, told to waiter to serve mid spicy but it was so spicy and when combined to owner , no regret, no regards he did.
