D'Desi Aroma Pure Veg. Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I recently visited D’Desi Aroma, curious to try their offerings. Here's my honest take on the experience:

For starters, I tried two Roasted Masala Papad, which were quite decent. However, the true standout was the Fried Masala Papad – absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of my order!

For the main course, I opted for the Dal Fry (without garlic) and paired it with Tawa Roti (both butter and plain). While the Dal was okay, it didn't leave a strong impression. Unfortunately, I was particularly unsatisfied with the Tawa Rotis, finding them not up to the mark.

Recommendation & Overall Impression: Based on my experience, I'd say D’Desi Aroma seems more geared towards a chilling and relaxing atmosphere rather than being a primary destination for exceptional traditional Indian food. If your plan is to unwind and enjoy the ambiance, perhaps by their swimming pool (which I didn't get a chance to use), then this place could be a good option.

For those looking for a quick bite in a relaxed setting, their fast food menu might be worth exploring. I didn't try it this time, but I plan to do so in the near future.

However, if your main priority is to focus solely on an outstanding food experience, especially for traditional Indian dishes, then I would suggest exploring other highly-rated restaurants on Google Maps...

Best vegetarian restaurant hands down in Jaisalmer. We visited Jaisalmer a few weeks back and we were looking for some good vegetarian restaurants and then someone who recently visited recommended D Desi Aroma. And to be honest we found it even better than Jaipur restaurants.

The food was really tasty and the service was super fast. The ambience was also really good. Staff were polite and helpful. We requested some customization and they were accommodating per our request.

There is ample parking space. I have put up a parking picture as well.

The food was so tasty and we were so hungry that I did not click any food pictures.

Their outdoor sitting is also quite good and there is small garden as well. While we visited there were some preparations going on for a function that evening. The space was good for hosting a small...

The best in Jaisalmer and one of the best in Rajasthan..Team Sharmaji are second to none....super food and they go out of the box to make you feel special...be it a couple dinner or a group celebration... customisation of celebration as per guest needs is their USP......If your stay is Suraygarh your meals should be in Aroma...if you stay is in Tents your meals should be in Aroma ...If you stay is in any accomodation in Jaisalmer your meals should be In Aroma.... The entire team made sure this would be our best new year ever with fab fab arrangements for the grand New year party....they turned their pool into a DJ dance floor and entire was Light up beautiful...sharing a video to give juz a glimpse of what it was for us ..Thank u Sharmaji and entire...
