I am writing to report a deeply concerning and frankly dangerous incident that occurred with my recent order from Domino's. On 19/07/2025 at approximately 6:30, I ordered a volcano pizza. While eating the pizza, I bit down on what felt like a hard object and immediately experienced sharp pain.
This incident resulted in me cracking my tooth, which is now causing significant pain and will require dental treatment. This is completely unacceptable. Food safety is paramount, and finding a foreign object like a stone in a food product is a serious breach of hygiene and quality control.
I am extremely disappointed and concerned by this incident. It highlights a severe lapse in your food preparation process. I expect Domino's to uphold the highest standards of food safety, and this experience falls far short of that expectation.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to prevent similar incidents from happening to...

While the pizza itself met the expected quality standards, several aspects of the experience fell short. Technical Difficulties: The app initially encountered difficulties accurately determining my location, which resulted in a slight delay in the ordering process. Delayed Delivery: The order arrived later than the estimated delivery window, causing some inconvenience. Missing Order Items: Certain requested dips and condiments were not included in the delivery, requiring a follow-up call to resolve. Overall: While the quality of the pizza itself was satisfactory, the technical issues, delayed delivery, and missing items negatively impacted the overall customer experience. I trust that Domino's will address these concerns to ensure a smoother and more efficient service for...

What finally arrived looked like a breakup letter written in sauce, with toppings that seemed to have trust issues and kept their distance. The crust had the texture of heartbreak, and the flavour reminded me of my last bad decision — surprisingly similar. Staff was so emotionally unavailable, I felt like I was dating again. Tables wobbled, chairs creaked, and my faith in fast food quietly packed its bags and left. Honestly, if disappointment had a physical location, this would be its...
