Domino's Pizza | Pratap Nagar, Chittorgarh — Restaurant in Rajasthan

This is the worst Domino's branch in terms of both, Taste and Service. The managers here are not even aware of what goes on in the restaurant. I've had several Wrong/Incomplete orders (5-7 times to be precise) delivered to me over and over again.Sometimes the 'Chicken' in the pizza was entirely missing and other times they just did not bother even looking to my extra topping that I had selected from the Domino's App to make a customized Pizza, and yet they ignored all that, took the money but never added the extra ingredients, I mean how is that even possible and acceptable? Not only this, when Covid was at it's peak in 2020, They had sent delivery agents without mask or even gloves. So much for "Safety protocol". Most of the times they don't even give Tissues and oregano as well as fakes when you order. Last night (04-07-2021) when I ordered a chicken supreme pizza with 'black Pepsi can', they sent me a pet jar bottle of Mirinda instead, they never even called me once and told me that they don't have Pepsi in stock and yet sent me whatever they felt like sending, it is like I was being robbed of my money knowingly . Disappointing is not the term here, I think this branch's people do this on purpose. I mean after many complaints that personally gave them, they still don't improve their service. So, I urge Domino's to look into this situation ASAP if they don't want further degradation of this Brand name specially in Chittorgarh...

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS DOMINOES Empty ketchup bottle at table, tried to get from another one, that one was empty too, then tried to use the seasoning bottle, that one was empty too, ask at the counter, they made us wait for 10 minutes, never visiting this Dominos again.

Edit :After almost a year we HAD to visit this hole again which calls itself dominos, Half shutter down, shady people on counter, asked him how to order, he just leaves without answering as if there is no one there, I call him again, to which he replies that ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY THROUGH APP. To which I replied, thanks I'm not installing your app for ordering.

Edit : I tried to give this dominoes a chance again, but to my dismay, this time it was more disappointing. This dominoes in Chittaurgarh is short staffed, they do not care about customers and their preferences. They will ask you wait for almost half an hour, which I think is not justified. Also asked me to order on Domino's app, I want to give a message to Domino's, I will never download a Dominoes to...

This dominos outlet in Chittaurgarh is probably the worst dominos ever and if I had the power I would immediately shut it down. The outlet is extremely dirty the tables are not being cleaned even after the guests left hours before. Staff is busy in their chit chat rather then cleaning the outlet. Starting from the entry you will see flies and bugs at the entry gate, all the tables had clearnce and used pizza boxes, I went into the washroom to wash hands and it was stinking like hell and was extremely dirty like a public toilet on some bus stand. No hygiene or cleanliness being maintained but they are still charging you money fully. I saw one family sitting next to us complaining about their cold food and asking for manager who was least bothered to come to meet them and was sitting outside on stairs just doing timepass. Our order was a dine in order and placed through app which they marked as ready but when I went to check it wasn't ready for another 20 minutes. I would really request the team dominos to look into...
