"I recently visited Dosa factory and had an exceptional experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to explain the menu, made excellent recommendations, and ensured our needs were met throughout our visit.

The food was outstanding! We ordered the Burger and some South India dishes, which was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The flavors were rich, and the portion sizes were generous.

What truly impressed me, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even offering a complimentary sambhar to celebrate a special occasion.

The atmosphere was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The prices were reasonable, and the value for money was excellent.
