It was the worst experience ever to order from this place. I ordered a cake for 7pm for my daughter which was delivered at 10:30 pm and that too in a 20% damaged condition. All the guests waited and the entire program was delayed. It was a very embarrasing situation for us. Our phone calls were ignored from the main place. The delivery guy was very rude. Even then this person from the bakery comes to us the next day asking for the remaining anount of money (which was 50%) of the price. They asked us to send the picture and I did but all the pictures we clicked were in a way that the damaged area remains hidden. At that point of time when we had 50 guests waiting, we couldn’t think about returning the cake and wait for a new one. We managed with whatever we had. Instead of hearing us out and sending the damaged cake, they went out lashing on us asking for money.

I would rate this bakery a “zero” in customer satisfaction and services. No apologies mattered to them. All they want is payment even after delivering a damaged product and also a very...
