The pizzas here are actually good — no complaints about the taste. But the staff really need to understand how to deal with customers. I ordered 2 pizzas and asked to remove onions and mushrooms, and instead add red paprika.

They said they’re happy to remove any toppings I don’t want, but if I want to add anything else, it’s chargeable — even as a substitution. Seriously? I’m not asking for anything extra, just a basic swap.
