Recently bought a cake from Jagdamba Food Court for a birthday celebration. The overall experience was good – the food court maintains a clean and pleasant decorum, making it a comfortable place for visitors.

However, I did feel that the rates are slightly on the higher side when compared to similar shops in other areas. While the quality was decent, the pricing could be more market competitive. It gives a feeling that due to less competition in the area, the shop might be taking advantage of the monopoly.

Still, it was a satisfying experience, and I appreciate the service and cleanliness. Just a suggestion – aligning prices with market standards would definitely improve customer satisfaction and trust.

Probably it was owner's father handling the shop, he was rude to me. He expected me to work for him like getting the menu and telling him the price of the stuff I wanted and tell the cook to cook it. I was listening to music with headphones on whilst taking the carry bag with the burger I ordered and waiting to pay with money in other hand when he shouted at me and told me to tell him the price of the stuff I ordered. I didn't want to create a scene and was undergoing through social anxiety. He laughed at me when I asked if they have KitKat chocolate, he was behaving as if I were a staff member of the shop. He was kind to the girls who were sitting in the shop. He didn't offer me a seat as well....
