Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality and No Accountability
I ordered a pizza from Mahabir Sweets and Restaurant through the RailRestro app, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The pizza base was uncooked, doughy, and raw — clearly not safe or suitable for consumption.
When I raised a complaint through the app, instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the issue, the restaurant's response was shockingly dismissive. They kept repeating, “You ate the pizza, so why are you complaining now?” and refused to accept that they had served bad, undercooked food.
Even more concerning, they tried to justify it by saying, “The same food was given to other customers, and no one else complained.” This kind of reasoning shows a complete lack of professionalism, food safety standards, and customer care.
Every customer has the right to receive properly cooked and hygienic food — and to raise a concern when that standard is not met. Instead of owning up to the mistake and resolving the issue, the restaurant chose to argue and deflect.

Read moreWe stayed at a place for nearly one and half days. We had three meals here. We ordered only dosa and noodles one first day and the second meal we had alo paratha, biryani, dal tadka and jeera rice and most importantly tea. For the third meal we had noodles ( because we loved it yesterday), the seiv tamatar, and the tawa roti. The noodles were very good. Masala Dosa was decent. Biryani, sav tamatar, alo paratha and dal tadka are a must try. The tea was refreshing and amazing... Don't forget to order that. The ambience was too good for a small place like this. The rate...
