If you find yourself in Mandawa and search for the best restaurants on Google, this establishment will likely appear on the list. However, our experience left us feeling it's overrated. We visited during the afternoon, and the restaurant was surprisingly empty. Although we were informed it was open, it seemed not fully operational at that time. The menu appeared a bit pricey.
We ordered the Lal Maas and Butter Naan. Unfortunately, the meat was far from fresh, and it certainly did not resemble Lal Maas; it tasted more like a generic mutton masala, using lamb meat instead. The Butter Naan was disappointing too – more like a regular chapati with some butter spread on it, lacking the authentic tandoori touch.
Considering the tastelessness of the food, we requested some lemon and onion, only to be charged a staggering INR 65 for a few slices of onion. This seemed exorbitant and not in line with reasonable pricing practices.

The owner went cooking and took good 25 minutes but the food was horrible. Raw garlic smell in Nan’s ;Chicken Curry had 8 pieces for name sake ;Only 2 were proper eatable pieces rest was pieces that we usually throw away while cleaning.
