The Pink Spice is a brand new restaurant with the hotel Crown Price on the 1st floor.

The restaurant is amazing occupying the ground floor and has a grand setting with Rajasthani paintings, chandeliers, subtle lighting and varied sitting options. The vegetarian food options have a varied range from snacks, lunch and dinner options that are prepared with care and has a homely touch which makes it a rare experience.

The rooms of the hotel Crown Prince have wardrobes, table if you are planning to work from home, double beds, and the toilets have Jaguar fittings. The lightings are more than adequate, and offers both airconditioning and fan options that are appropriate for summer and winter seasons.

The staff are polite, helpful and welcoming to all guests and since it is located opposite NIMS University and Hospital the crowd represents students and doctors alike.

The hotel is family safe as there are policies in place to disallow the different crowd type that misuses hotels for other purposes. By and large a great place for parents who come to visit their children while they are studying at NIMS University and the location is perfect and just across the road.

I would recommend both, the Pink Spice resturant and hotel Crown Prince, for parents and travellers to visit in this locality.

For reference I have shared some pictures and videos for your review.

Pink Spice, located opposite NIMS University Mumbai, is an excellent spot for good food and warm hospitality. The restaurant offers delicious meals at reasonable prices and maintains a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere.

Adding to the experience, they have now started Hotel Crown Prince right above Pink Spice. The hotel is clean, hygienic, and very well-maintained, offering comfortable stays at nominal costs.

What truly makes this place special is their amazing team.

Rakesh ji, the owner, is one of the most down-to-earth and best persons I have ever met.

Rajesh ji, the manager, is extremely attentive and always on his toes to help out.

Jairam ji, the ground staff manager, is another superb person who ensures everything runs smoothly.

I also know one of the helping staff, Bijay, who is very polite and welcoming.

In fact, the entire team here is always smiling, courteous, and eager to make every guest feel at home.

A perfect combination of good food, clean and hygienic stay, and an outstanding team. Highly...

Around the NIMS and Amity University campuses, you’ll find no shortage of student-friendly eateries. We decided to check out Pink Spice—it had decent reviews and looked promising.

It’s a fairly new spot (just 3 months old) and runs a fully vegetarian kitchen, serving up Indian, Continental, Italian, and Chinese dishes. Sounds good on paper, right?

We went with Manchow Soup, Crispy Corn, Chilli Garlic Noodles, and Vegetable Manchurian in Garlic Sauce. But here’s where it went downhill—the server clearly had no idea about the menu. Dishes showed up in random order: soup first, then noodles (without the Manchurian), then starters after the mains, and finally the missing Manchurian. Timing = total chaos.

As for taste? Think oily, watered-down versions of “street-style Chinese” you’d find almost anywhere in North India. The food felt heavy, the flavors were meh, and portions were so small they’d barely fill one person.

The only saving grace? Super affordable prices....
