Pizza Hut | Cine Mall, Sikar — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I have been going to this place for a sometime now. Taste and quality of Pizza has never been an issue. Normally I place my orders at the counter. But Yesterday, I placed an online order to save some time. When I arrive to pick up my order, there was an issue with price I was charged. It seems that the Menu card in the store have different price list than the online portal. The store menu card says the Margarita 4 slice pizza for 139 + taxes but I was charged 149.50 + taxes. Fortunately, I noticed this discrepancy and straight away brought this to the attention of the counter staff member, Mr. Mohan. This was promptly addressed by Mr. Mohan and I was reimbursed accordingly. Attached photo of the menu card and my invoice.

Hopefully, the management of Pizza Hut Sikar will address this issue so that the online portal does not over-charge...

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Pizza Hut was disappointing. The service was slow—even though it wasn’t very busy, we waited over 30 minutes for a simple order. When the pizza finally arrived, it was not delicious. The crust was too thick and the toppings were sparse, which isn’t what I expect from a place known for pizza.

We also ordered French fries, and they were a letdown—soggy, underseasoned, and clearly not fresh. It felt like they’d been sitting out for a while before being served.

The staff didn’t seem very attentive, and the dining area felt a bit neglected—tables were uncleared and the floors needed a good cleaning. It just didn’t give off the welcoming vibe it used to.

I used to enjoy Pizza Hut, but based on this experience, I’m not in a hurry to return. Hopefully, they can...
