I think the chefs at Pizza Hut Bhiwadi are hired undercover chefs from Dominos, just to ruin Pizza Hut’s name. The pizza and garlic bread was absolutely dry (Drier than Sahara desert) (I think they ran out of butter OR just trying to cut cost OR maybe they are worried about our health) The pizza dough was sooo thick (and literally raw on the inside) that I had to recheck if I ordered a bread loaf instead of a pizza. @pizzahutindia should get the Bhiwadi branch fixed if they wanna save their brand (Not just in Bhiwadi Not just in India But GOBALLY as the Bhiwadi branch can single handedly ruin Pizzahut’s...

I had not an amazing experience here in this pizza hut store

have ordered a meal for 4 (699 + tax) Which includes 2 veg delight pizza+ 2skit box+ 2coke

But the delight pizza was not as expected, it had no taste of pizza at all, smelling like old bread. Had complained to the store guy but he was not interested in listening to the customer feedback.

Majorly this store is running on online orders and takeaways and hence they are less interested in customers who visit and want to eat along with relishing the ambience.
