Tourist trap, and absurd prices for India. The food was not bad, but it tastes like Indian food in the US. Living in Chennai for 6 weeks, the most expensive meals I had at restaurants much nicer than this were only 400-700 in total (busy parts of Chennai are comparable to central Jaipur or Pune in wealth, much less a restaurant in the middle of nowhere). Here, a single curry is 600. You've traveled all the way to Agra and Jaipur to experience India and its history - don't make the mistake I did and allow yourself to skimp out on the food. Ask your tour guide or driver to take you to a more well known restaurant(even if it is touristy) in Agra or Jaipur while you're there, rather than this tourist trap.

We were brought here by our guide like everyone else, but we didn't think the food was that extortionate like everyone else has been saying. Curries were ~600 and a beer was ~400. We ended up getting veg samosas, a mutton curry, chicken biryani, the stuffed paratha, a beer and a mango lassi and it came to 2500. I would say that the food is very catered to Western pallets and the food was definitely not as spicy as what we had elsewhere (which to be honest was quite nice for us for a change, after a week in India). The service was good and the setting (outdoor marquee in a garden) was really nice. We came on a sunny day and the sky was blue and the flowers were blooming.

Absolute NO! Couldn’t find zero stars. Especially for Indians… The priority is for Foreigners as they charge way more money from them for same food… Waited for 15 mins to get a menu card even.. Roti is good but Fried rice is worst I have ever eaten(Steamed rice mixed with tomato sauce).. when complained about food quality and taste, there wasn’t a single feedback / apologise from them.. It’s an absolute tourist trap.. They won’t mind as they won’t expect to see you any time.. Say BIG NO when your tour guide stops the vehicle here.. it’s better to have your food in Agra / Jaipur itself..

Overpriced- & - Unwelcoming Place

I am writing this review while seating in this Restaurant only. They are looting and fooling people who are coming here by overcharging them(MRP of the items have been removed and they are asking for way too much).

I picked up a "Lays Potato chips" packet whose MRP is 20 rupees, these guys have removed the MRP and they are charging 80 Rupees for it.

When I threatened them that I will inform police about this mis conduct they offered it to me for 30/- but I paid only 20 after having a talk with the person who is managing the retail shop here.

After all this the staff of the hotel didn't treat us well(They didn't serve the food in the plates for our table, when we asked them to pack the leftover food they refused to do so saying there is no system of packing).

People come to Rajasthan to enjoy the hospitality and culture of it but these hotels are putting a bad image.please share this message and make foreigners aware of...

Food is mediocre or bad quality. The staff is not very friendly. The prices seem to be higher for tourists than for locals, given the fact we had cheaper meals in four star hotels in Jaipur and Jaisalmer. They are not worth paying, the food is vastly overpriced. Same is true for the souvenir shop.

The washrooms are old but in acceptably clean. As often in such tourist traps, there are no paper towels to dry your hands after washing them, in place of these a young, passive-aggressive and silent man offering you paper towels while expecting money in return.

I refused to take any towels and he even tried to stop me from leaving the bathroom. I can only stress how important it is to not be coerced into paying something by such acts. These „services“ are unwanted, unnecessary and absolutely ridiculous. They should not be encouraged by giving these people even a single rupee. So have some tissues ready to dry your hands yourself and refuse to support such...

Bad food, too many flys, slow service, ridiculous prices (200-600 inr/dish), toilet ok

We Stoped here on the way to Agra for some quick lunch, but we were pretty disappointed. This place is made for big tourist coaches. The asking prices are ridiculous. for 2 pcs Veg Samosa a veg pakoda and 2 cokes they were asking 800 inr Service not included!

We payed half for more quality in our 4* hotel back in Jaipur! We already had a good selection of Samosas during our trip but the ones here are by far the worst with almost no taste to them. After waiting for 20min for a simple dish you expect at least some good taste

We give them 1* for the relatively clean Bathroom and the option to pay with Creditcard - however our Visa was declined 4 times (we insisted they try again till it was accepted)

If you are only stopping for a...
