Yesterday, my friends and I went for a quick dinner. The food was just average. We ordered crispy vegetables as a starter, but the vegetables weren’t crispy at all. The restaurant was almost empty with only 2-3 tables occupied, but it still took 30 minutes for our second round of tandoori roti and vegetables to arrive, which was really frustrating.

The staff were very unprofessional and rude, and they clearly didn’t know how to talk to customers. When it was time to pay, I used Zomato Gold for the discount, just like I’ve done 4-5 times before. The restaurant was listed on Zomato as "Aura By Rockkwood." After we left, a waiter chased us down in the parking lot, claiming they didn’t receive the payment. I showed them the Zomato Gold screenshot and even photos of their restaurant on the app, but they kept insisting it wasn’t their restaurant. We argued for about 30 minutes until we asked them to give us something in writing on letterhead, stating that the listed restaurant wasn’t theirs. They refused, and we realized they were just trying to avoid giving us the Zomato Gold discount. In the end, we had to pay the extra amount as we were running late for meetings and couldn’t argue any longer.

The so-called manager or head waiter, Puran Singh, was very unprofessional and had no idea how to handle the situation or talk to customers.

The restaurant recently changed management. Previously, it was run by Mr. Kuldeep, and back then, the food, service, and behavior were all excellent.

It's a lovely place to visit, food quality is amazing with taste and quantity, we are 11 people including kids and entire family is too happy with food quality and service, the owner Mr.Kuldeep Parikh himself take care also would like to mention that food bill is cheap although whenever I visited udaipur as my home town in every 15 days ,my kids love to spend time and eat food outside in restaurant but I couldn't make comparisons with taste and quality,Mr. Parikh thanks for your assistance and kudos to entire team for...

One of the worst experiences, I guess you should avoid this place, no respect for cleanliness in this situation as well; they don't even have hand wash soaps in the restroom; when asked for it, they said it's over, we will get it tomorrow.

You’ll order one dish, they will deliver it something else, on top of that they will speak to you rudely.
