Food maybe 3 on 5 but service absolutely pathetic. Nor the ambience is that great. Filled with Rats on terrace. We ordered rawa masala dosa which was made of besan and not rice. The waiter said "this is how it's made here". Pao bhaji was fine. Masala Cola had no Fiz. We had asked for water bottle which it seems the waiter completely forgot. The steamed rice but quite thick, not your basmati rice. Again the waiter forgot to bring papad and when we complained, he lied that we didn't order it with rice, but later. The so called Chinese bhel was crispy but too saucy. Overall, it's better to order North Indian food only and not any 'item'. Don't expect much from waiters. Yummy and delicious food , excellent management as well as serving team. Location wise , it is in prime of city heart and available as terrace garden , cabin etc. Also here is quality in food as well as excellent cleaning in party hall , toilet. On his request visited his pantry and found okay. Proving Athithi Debo bhavo which is state slogan of Royal Rajsthan. Well done Satyam Rooftop Team !
